The Steady Steppers™ were founded in Detroit, Michigan on April 1st 2003 by two aspiring and passionate Steppers, Kammal Smith and Larry Collins.  As co-founders and lead instructors, Kammal, Larry and their friendly, knowledgeable and talented instructional staff are well known for their teaching, Steppin’, overall dance and interpersonal skills.  Their purpose was, and still is, to promote the partnered dance art forms across this nation to all that show an interest and desire to ‘dance’.
